Eligibility
Sending Entities
At present, any autonomous Sending Entity (church, agency, school or other Christian organization that sends short-term missionaries) can become an official SOE Adoptive Member by completing and submitting the Provisional Member Application Form. A Sending Entity is considered “autonomous” when it is authorized to handle the primary sending-side influence regarding:
- Sending Supporter instructions and relationships
- Goer-Guest selection and training
- Field Facilitator partnerships and relationships
Resource Providers
Many other organizations provide products and support services to help sending organizations achieve excellence in STM. The process for such organizations to sign up as an SOE Resource Provider is currently being developed and will be available starting in late 2009.Trainers and Field Facilitators
In the future, Trainers and
Field Facilitators
will also be able to become SOE Adoptive Members.
